The 43rd Annual Conference on DC History will include a panel, “The Literature of DC: Forgotten Passages of Washington Splendor,” on Friday, November 4 at 1:45 pm. Kim, along with Michael Gushue, Peter Montgomery, and Dan Vera, will read poems, and excerpts of novels and memoirs that bring the city’s past to life. The panel will discuss what the literature reveals about particular time periods. $25 fee charged for conference admission.
